How it works

Three steps, all in your chat

  1. Connect once

    Send Grok Bot one message to add Exo, then sign in with your email. Every Exo app you have then works through that one connection.

  2. Pick an app

    Choose the capability you need and add it to Exo. There are no custom prompts or separate integrations to maintain.

  3. Ask normally

    “File my sales tax.” The app handles the workflow, asks for your approval when needed, and returns the result or a clear reason it failed.

Behind the scenes

The complicated parts stay with Exo

  • Isolated browser. Each job runs in its own environment and reaches only the sites the app declares.
  • Secure sign-in. You enter logins on Exo's secure page, never in the chat. A verification code you just paste in the chat.
  • Exact approval. Filing, paying, booking, or buying happens only after you approve that action, and at most once.
  • Checked result. Done means the app verified the outcome. A failure is reported with its reason.

Apps

Two kinds of apps

One kind finishes a job on a site you already use, because that is where assistants stall. The other is a full app that lives only on Exo.

In the sites you already use

An assistant can tell you what to do, then stop at the login, the form, and the payment. These apps finish that part on the site. They act only after you approve the exact action.

NY Sales Tax

It signs in to NY Web File with the login you enter on Exo's secure page. It prepares your return from your answers, shows you every amount, files only after you approve that exact return and payment, and brings back New York's confirmation.

Amex Travel

Planned

The same kind of app, for a trip you book on Amex's travel site. It finds the trip, shows you the booking, and books only after you approve that exact trip. Not built yet.

Living entirely on Exo

These apps have no website of their own to sign in to. They live on Exo, and you run them by asking your assistant. Nothing consequential happens without your approval.

Bookkeeping

Planned

An inexpensive bookkeeping app: keep records, reconcile transactions, and get reports by asking. Not built yet.

Build for Exo. Write an app once, and Exo runs it for each customer, with logins on Exo's secure page, approvals, evidence and billing built in. Publishing is invite-only for now: info@exo.store

Pay for what you use

$10 free to start

  • Your first $10 is free. No subscription.
  • After that, you pay for the time each job's machine runs, at $0.00305544 a minute, plus any AI it uses, at the rates on your billing page.
  • Every job is billed what it used, however it ends: done, failed or cancelled.

Simulated. Billing is simulated for now: there is no card, and no money moves.

Get started

Connect Grok Bot

  1. In a Grok Bot chat, send exactly this message: 
    Add a custom MCP server named Exo at https://exo.store/mcp using streamable HTTP.
    Click the message to select all of it, then copy it into the chat.
  2. Grok Bot opens Exo's page Sign in to Exo. Enter your email and choose Email me a sign-in link.
  3. Open the email Sign in to Exo from sign-in@exo.store, and open its link in the browser showing that page. It signs you in straight away. The link works once, for 15 minutes.
  4. On Connect Grok Bot?, choose Connect.
  5. Back in Grok Bot, ask: 
    What can Exo do for me?
